一般取消和退款政策

取消

On-campus certificate programs are subject to the refund/cancellation policies outlined for the majority of 社区教育 classes based on the length of the course and the time of cancellation. 除了, materials fees for floral classes are non-refundable if a request for cancellation is received less than seven business days prior to the start of a course.

• Notification of less than three business days before class begins will result in all fees forfeited unless you have documentation of a medical problem or death of a family member. Please call Maggie at (877) 743-3518 if this occurs so the instructor is not waiting for you.
• Any Basic RiderCourse License Waiver or Basic RiderCourse 2 - LicenseWaiver student withdrawing who has accessed the online e-course will also be subject to
